My bro was on the train and came across this article by Kara Newman in Amtrak’s “in-flight magazine,” Arrive.
It’s a good article; up-to-date on the cider industry and featuring profiles on several New York producers (Aaron Burr, Bad Seed, et al). And the photography is very nice.
